Trevor. Thirty-one years with the Ordnance Survey, levelling and revision, lately retired and at a loose end. I am the man who will ask you for a six-figure grid reference when you say "the old barn", so you are warned. I notice the trig pillars and the benchmarks nobody else does. Glad to find others who care where exactly a thing is.
